Every new supplier recommended by Plutonia goes through a structured verification process: business registration check, export license review, production capability assessment, and — for significant orders — on-site factory audit. We document findings and provide clients with a clear assessment of supplier risk.
Factory audits cover production capacity, equipment condition, workforce, quality management systems, subcontracting practices, IP protection measures, and social compliance. Clients receive a written audit report with photographs and a risk rating.
Our QC services include pre-production inspection (materials and setup), during-production inspection (inline), and pre-shipment inspection (final goods). We provide full inspection reports with photographs and clear pass/fail assessment. We do not release payment authorization until inspection criteria are met.
For regulated products, we coordinate third-party laboratory testing against the required standards — CE, FDA, RoHS, REACH, IEC, ISO 13485, and market-specific certifications including SONCAP, NAFDAC, SASO, KEBS, and others.
We arrange sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and express courier from origin to destination. We work with established freight partners to access competitive rates, and we manage booking, documentation, container loading supervision, and tracking throughout transit.
For complex cargo — oversized machinery, dangerous goods (batteries, chemicals), cold chain, and project cargo — we manage the specialist logistics requirements including DG documentation, temperature-controlled equipment, and heavy lift coordination.
We prepare and verify all export and import documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, inspection certificates, and product-specific compliance documents — CE, FDA, ISO, SONCAP, NAFDAC, SASO, HS-form, and others as required by destination market.
We coordinate customs clearance at origin and support clients with destination customs by ensuring documentation is complete and accurate before shipment. We work with licensed customs brokers in key destination markets and advise on duty classification and tariff treatment.
For clients sourcing from multiple suppliers, we offer consolidation services — receiving goods from different factories, inspecting, repackaging where required, and shipping as a single consolidated consignment. We maintain warehousing capability in key China logistics hubs.
Consolidation reduces freight costs significantly for multi-supplier programs, simplifies customs clearance with a single commercial invoice, and provides a single inspection checkpoint before goods leave China.
For time-critical requirements — hospital emergencies, production line breakdowns, project deadline procurement, humanitarian response — we operate a rapid-response sourcing track with accelerated timelines, air freight prioritization, and 24/7 communication.
Emergency procurement clients receive a dedicated account manager, same-day supplier identification from our pre-verified network, and real-time updates throughout the process. We have executed emergency sourcing within 72-hour windows for humanitarian and industrial clients.
